Important information cancellation policy - transfer - refunds:

The organisers require five clear working days written notice of a cancellation to allow for a refund less a $250+GST administration charge. If you are unable to give such notice we would be happy for you to arrange another person to attend. Until such notice is given, full Forum fees are payable and refunds will not be given, however you will still be entitled to the Forum proceedings.

The views expressed, information or advice provided by a speaker making a presentation at the Forum are purely those of the speaker and may not in any circumstances be regarded as those of the organisers.

Payment by invoice: Where payment is not made by the due date, the Organisers reserve the right to charge additional Default Interest of 15% per month to the account. The charging of interest does not imply the granting of any extension of any credit terms. Any expenses, disbursements and legal costs incurred by the organisers in collection of outstanding registration fees contained in this contract shall be paid by the customer in addition to the outstanding fee, including any reasonable Solicitor's fees or debt collection agency fees.
